How My Reiki Attunement Changed My Life: 3 Ways It Shifted My Reality
I recently had the privilege of visiting Mount Kurama in Japan, the birthplace of Usui Reiki. Standing there made me reflect on how deeply my own Reiki attunement has reshaped my life, and I wanted to share it with you.
Here are three of the biggest ways receiving my attunement upgraded my life, deepened my intuition, and changed how I create my reality.
1. Faster timelines to my desires
Before my attunement, I spent two years trying to move to Spain the logical way, and nothing moved. About a month after my Reiki Level 1 attunement, I was on my way. Receiving this high-frequency energy felt like a doorway opening onto new timelines. What used to take years began to take weeks.
2. Activating my soul’s purpose and building a career around it
Reiki didn’t only change my circumstances. It changed how I saw myself. As my channel opened and my intuition grew louder, I could finally hear what my soul was asking for. That clarity led me to step into who I am: an entrepreneur and a healer, with a career built around helping others awaken their own energy.
3. Increased manifestation power
The more I cleared old patterns and raised my frequency, the more naturally I could call in what I desired. For me, manifestation stopped being about forcing something to happen and became about becoming available to receive it. I now think of it as expansion: pushing the limits of what I believe is possible.

These three are only the beginning. Reiki changed how I see myself, how I relate to energy, and how I understand reality. It opened my intuition, softened old patterns, and gave me trust in my own inner knowing.
What is a Reiki attunement?
A Reiki attunement is a traditional ceremony in which a Reiki Master opens a student to channel universal life force energy, usually as part of Usui Reiki Level 1,2 or 3 training. People describe different experiences, so what you feel may be very different from what I felt.

Experiences vary. Some people feel deeply relaxed or emotional, and others notice shifts in the days and weeks that follow, such as stronger intuition or more energetic awareness.
Can Reiki really change your life?
In my experience, yes. Results are personal and vary depending on where you are in your life journey. Every Reiki attunement opens up a whole new life experience and new timelines aligned with your highest good!
Do I need experience before getting attuned?
No. An open mind is enough, and many people begin with no energy-work background.
