Ishita's Journey

I grew up in New Delhi, a city that moves fast and rarely pauses, and by the time I was at university in the USA, I was anxious, overwhelmed, and disconnected from my heart and soul. At what felt like rock bottom, I tried Reiki with no expectations, and I felt an instant shift. That was the beginning of coming home to myself.

Reiki and Quantum healing unlocked self-discovery, career alignment, and a life that finally flowed. I had spent two years trying to move to Spain with nothing moving. Once I shifted my energy, I met my soulmate and relocated in just one month, not to the beach I had pictured, but to a mountain town in the Pyrenees where my body finally felt at home. The mind gives you a map. Your energy gives you the destination.

I stepped fully into who I am: a Quantum Reiki Healer. Since then, I've worked with 200+ clients across the globe, supporting new offers and clients, career promotions, healing from years of burnout, soulmate connections, physical healing, and moves to new countries. That work became my Frequency Elevator Method (FEM), which helps people rapidly elevate their energy and change their reality.
